el <strong>eje<\/strong> de tu cuerpo y est\u00edrate hacia el techo.<\/li><li>Es el momento colocar otro pie en la parte interior de la pierna de base. Aqu\u00ed tienes que encontrar la altura adecuada a tu nivel de hoy.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a1 <strong>No se trata<\/strong> de llegar en la postura como en la foto de
