¨LEARN THE POSE¨

One of the first poses you get familiar with when you’re new to Yoga is Bhujangasana.

You do it often, but do you know the benefits?

Today we’ll be talking about the benefits of this pose and the technique to perform it.

LET’S START WITH THE TECHNIQUE.

  1. Lie face down and stretch your legs backwards, resting your insteps on the ground.
  2. Place your hands in line with your chest.
  3. Rotate your shoulders and bring your shoulder blades together.

CAREFUL! Keep your shoulders down with your shoulder blades together throughout the pose.

4. Squeeze your glutes and gradually start lifting your chest off the ground.

Keep your shoulders down!

If your shoulders rise and you can’t lower them, it means that your chest shouldn’t be so high up.

5. Squeeze your glutes and gradually start lifting your chest off the ground.
